Pick a department. Watch one job run.
One example company, five desks. The company is made up. The processes are the ones that run our own operation.

It starts with one file about your company.
Nobody starts from a blank page. You answer nine questions and point to what already exists: your site, a proposal, a price list. That becomes the file the AI reads before every job.
02 Context/me.mdThe company
What you sell, for whom, where you operate and how many people are on the team.
Who operates
Who works with the vault every day, and how each one prefers to be answered.
How the work happens
The tools in use, the three repetitive jobs that eat the most time, and what can never go wrong.
What the AI never does here without asking
Sending a message, deleting, publishing, touching money. You write the list.
Company mode also adds a folder for your processes and folders for the team's meetings. From then on, each job leaves a note for the next one. On the call we pick the jobs that solve your bottleneck now.
From the call to the first job running.
30-minute call
You tell us what you want to solve. We tell you what fits and what doesn't.
We map your context
A form maps your sources, your tools and the jobs to automate.
Installed in 07 days
The system is built on your real data, the first job runs, and you own everything.
On your own, or with your team.
The base vault
For one person. You install it yourself, with one sentence. A good way to try it on your own work before bringing the team.

For a team. We install it with you, connect the tools your team already uses, and write down the rules the AI follows.

We already use ChatGPT and Claude. What does this add?
Today each person explains the company to the AI again, in their own chat, and the answer is gone when the tab closes. Here the AI starts every job having read your clients, your prices and your rules, everyone works from the same notes, and it stops where you told it to stop.
Do we need to know how to code?
No. You ask in plain language and the system executes. Claude Code also runs as a desktop app, so nobody on your team has to open a terminal. Installing it and training your team are part of the delivery.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
It sits above what you already have and connects to it: CRM, email, Drive, Slack, WhatsApp. It doesn't replace your systems, it gives them shared context. On the call we go through your tools one by one and tell you which ones connect.
Who keeps our data?
You do. Your files stay in your own accounts and on your own machines. To do a job, the AI reads the notes that job needs, and that text is sent to Claude, the model that writes the answer. You approve every tool it can reach.
Do we get all of these jobs at once?
No. On the call we pick the ones that solve your bottleneck now. The rest can be added later, on the same base.
What is the difference from the free vault?
The base vault is free and serves people who work on their own. Company mode is installed with us, on top of the same folder structure, with your company's context and your team's tools.
