Live Bubbles is a free tool that runs in your browser, offered as is. Nothing is sold on this site today, and any paid service is agreed in a separate proposal and contract.
1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by bvrx.studio, a growth marketing and AI implementation studio based in Brazil. By using it you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, the answer is not to use the site.
2. What this site is
- Live Bubbles. A free tool that reads a folder of notes you choose and shows its topics as bubbles. It runs in your browser.
- The AIOS Second Brain guide. Instructions to install a free vault, published on GitHub.
- AIOS Tools. A preview of packs that are not for sale yet. Prices and conditions on that page are not final and checkout is not open: nothing can be bought on this site today.
- Company mode. The presentation of an installation service. No engagement is concluded on the page: every service is defined in a separate proposal and contract.
There is no sign-up and no logged-in area.
3. Using the tool
You choose which folder the tool reads. The permission is read-only: the tool does not change, create or delete your files, and it sends none of them anywhere. How that works is described in the Privacy policy.
What the tool shows is a count of what is written in your notes. It is not advice, and the decisions you make from it are yours.
4. Examples and simulations
The demo of the panel and the departments of the company page use a made-up company, with made-up notes, numbers and connections, and say so on the screen. They illustrate how the system works. They are not the results of a client, and nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of results for your business.
5. Code and content
The code of Live Bubbles is published under the MIT licence, which you can read in the LICENSE file. The AIOS Second Brain vault is published under the MIT licence in its GitHub repository.
The Live Bubbles and AIOS Second Brain names, the visual identity and the texts of this site belong to bvrx.studio. You may share the link and quote excerpts with attribution. Third-party names and trademarks, such as Obsidian, Claude and GitHub, belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
6. Links to other sites
Some pages lead to external services, such as scheduling on Cal.com and the repository on GitHub. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability
The site and the tool are provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep them online and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or remove any part at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of the tool or from decisions made based on the content of this site. This limitation does not waive liabilities that the law declares non-waivable, and it does not apply to obligations assumed in a separately signed service contract.
9. Personal data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date of the last revision is always at the top of this page, and using the site after a change means you accept the version in force.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of bvrx.studio's domicile are elected to settle disputes arising from them, except where the law mandates a different venue, as in consumer relations.
